The present invention relates to a deodorant attached cigarette case to store cigarettes inside the case so as to safely keep the cigarettes, and to remove an odor after smoking by using deodorant so as to reduce damage to non-smokers. According to the present invention, the cigarette case comprises: a case body (100) having an opened upper part and a space to receive cigarettes therein; a case lid (200) formed by cutting a part of the upper part of the case body (100), and allowing folding of a cut part to be opened/closed; a protective inner cover (300) combined with the inner surface of the case body (100) to protect the cigarettes received in the inside of the case body (100) and prevent the cigarettes from being exposed to the outside; a deodorant case (400) formed in the right side of the case body (100) to receive a deodorant solution; a spray device (500) connected to the top of the deodorant case (400); a deodorant solution connection tube (600) connected to the spray device (500) to move the deodorant solution contained in the inside of the deodorant case (400) to the outside; an injection nozzle (700) combined with the end of the deodorant solution connection tube (600) to inject the deodorant solution to the outside; a push button (800) operating the spray device by pressure applied from a user to inject the deodorant solution in the inside of the deodorant case (400) to the outside through the deodorant connection tube (600) and the injection nozzle (700); and a spray device case (900) to protect the spray device (500).
