FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves supplying fertilizer doses into slits, with possible nutrient sources in predetermined soil layers by crop flowering time and possible carrying out of nutrients by designed yield being taken into consideration during setting of doses. Herbicides are applied within main mass of weed root location soil layers and fungicides are applied in infection zones. Apparatus has tine and A-hoe. Tine is formed as multichannel material pipeline. A-hoe is composed of two moldboardless plow bodies positioned in symmetry. Material pipeline channel penetration depth may be independently adjusted. Some channels is hermetically sealed with respect to sprayers for liquid supplying and some channels are formed as fertilizer guides. EFFECT: increased efficiency in usage of fertilizers, herbicides and fungicides by optimized distribution of these materials in soil layers. 5 cl
