FIELD: optical electronic instruments. SUBSTANCE: stabilizer of modulator rotation speed and band-pass filter are introduced to accomplish the goal of invention. Band-pass filter is inserted between photo current amplifier and analog-to- digital converter. In addition power supply has current stabilizer and digital-to-analog converter. Light source has reflector which cover reflects waves with specific length. EFFECT: increased precision, increased dynamic range, increased ability to reproduce results. 1 dwg |
