FIELD: ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, cokeless production of pig-iron, ferrous alloys and CONVERSION slags in particular. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has cyclone 1 to melt charge in oxidation atmosphere and preliminary reduction of oxides till FeO, electric arc furnaces 2 for full reduction of molten bath. It is additionally provided with chamber for smelt separation from gas phase 3, located under cyclone 1 and between electric arc furnaces 2 and linked with them by inclined canals 5 with gate shutters 6 for separate smelt and waste gasses carrying out. Ratio of pinch cross-sections of cyclone, chamber and gas passage in it is equal to 1 : 15 : 7.5. Electrical arc furnaces 2 are equipped with oxygen lances 8 to introduce reducer in smelt. EFFECT: apparatus allows to arrange continuous process of pig-iron, ferrous alloys, conversion slags production with high intensity. |
