The sec. winding is joined to terminals of a connecting piece (6) incorporating a number of connectors (8) in a prefabricated carrier (9), with clamping screws (10) on the outside of the casing (7). The portion of each connector joined to the core (11) of a wire (5) is encapsulated in resin (12). The connectors and clamping screws are arranged about a centre in line with the longitudinal axis (17) on which a filling screw (18) is fixed in the carrier and protrudes from a cover (25) with openings for the connecting wires (22).
