Adjuster for looped bevel gear transmission

A non-rotatable, axially displaceable bevel gear (2) on a primary or secondary shaft (7,14) is adjustable w.r.t. a bevel gear (1), non-rotatably coupled to the transmission shaft. The adjustable bevel gear comprises a protrusion (18) with an outer thread (19), surrounding the transmission shaft like and hollow shaft. The protrusion meshes an adjuster sleeve (3) with an inner thread (31), coaxially enclosing the protrusion and driven by the adjuster (15). The latter contains a stepped drive directly, mechanically driven from the primary or secondary transmission shaft.
