FIELD: portable hand tool. SUBSTANCE: wrench has body 1 with control handle 2, drive 3 positioned within body 1 and provided with output shaft 4 connected to rotary vibration exciter with two flywheels 5 and 11. Flywheels are interconnected by variable speed mechanism 6 and planetary reducing gear 9 with carrier 14 serving as wrench spindle. In the process of free screwing on, rotation is transmitted from drive 3 through flywheel 5, variable speed mechanism 6, gear 8 to satellite gears 12 which drive carrier 14 into rotation, with carrier 14 having lesser weight as compared to flywheel 11. The moment nut comes into contact with end of article to be tightened, carrier 14 is stopped and flywheel 11 is accelerated to drive rotary vibration exciter and provide vibratory tightening of threaded connection. Rotation of output shaft 7 per each revolution is accelerated or slow down due to variable speed mechanism 6. As a result carrier 14 is turned for screwing either for unscrewing, respectively. In the process of screwing carrier is turned for an angle exceeding that of unscrewing. EFFECT: reduced control handle reaction moment, decreased weight and sizes of wrench. 2 cl, 1 dwg |
