FIELD: animal forming. SUBSTANCE: method involves feeding animals with ionol antioxidant for 5 days before and after stress during growing and fattening and for 5 days prior to delivery of animals to meat-packing houses. Ionol antioxidant is introduced into feed in doses of 10-50 mg/kg of live weight per day, with 30 mg/kg of live weight per day being considered the most effective (optimum) dose. Ionol is introduced in the mixture of concentrates and HAULAGE. EFFECT: increased efficiency in suppressing technological stress.
