METHOD OF VIBRATIONAL SEISMIC PROSPECTING

FIELD: seismic prospecting. SUBSTANCE: method of vibrational seismic prospecting is based on excitation of continuous quasi-harmonic vibration with usage of baseplate to transmit elastic action on soil. Proposed method includes excitation of continuous vibrations by vibration source, synchronous registration of vibrations of baseplate with monitoring geophone installed in center of symmetry of baseplate, registration of seismic signals by arrangement of geophones. In agreement with method vibrations of baseplate are additionally registered in points of crossing of contour line of baseplate with symmetry axes of plane of baseplate and in points of maximum of curvature of contour line of baseplate. Summary signal from specified monitoring geophones is used further on. EFFECT: improved efficiency of seismic prospecting. 2 dwg
