The apparatus ferments composts and feeds, and facilitates the fermenting steps in a narrow spaces by simplifying the operations. The apparatus is composed of a fermenter(12), a mixer(4), an auxiliary tank, a culture fluid tank(18), a heater(21), and a fan(22). When the material is put into the mixer, an addition is supplied from the auxiliary tank. The mixture is transferred to the fermenter and the fermenting steps are activated by adding microorganism culture fluid. The methane gas from the fermenter is reused as the fuel for the heater.
