A radiation-curable composition comprising (A) a binder polymer, (B) a polyfunctional monomer and (C) a photo-radical generator consisting of a compound represented by the following formula: <CHEM> The above composition, when used in the production of a color filter, can prevent effectively an undissolved substance from being left on a substrate in the development treatment and can produce with certainty undercut-free pixels in a high efficiency.
