The manufacturing method of tabby yarn includes the steps of; (a) preparing double yarn with glass fiber as core yarn and twisted polyester spun yarn as covering yarn in the mixed weight ratio of 40-50:60-50 and twisting coefficient of 550-600TPM; (b) heating for 30-60min. by steam of 85-90 deg.C; (c) leaving the yarn under vaccum; (d) rewinding.
