Glass substrates coated with a stack of thin layers having reflective properties for infrared and/or solar radiation

A glass substrate (1) has a metallic coating (4) with infrared properties, notably low emissive power and two dielectric coatings (8,9) placed above and below a protective metal layer (5) located between the lower dielectric layer and the coating (4). The coating (9) is a barrier to the diffusion of oxygen and chosen from SiO2; SiOxCy; SiOxNy; nitrides such as Si3N4 or AlN; carbides such as SiC; TiC; CrC; TaC. It has a thickness of at least 10 (pref. at least 20) nm. The infrared layer (4) is in direct contact with the lower dielectric layer (8).
