PURPOSE: To make a snubber circuit smaller in size and simpler in constitution by minimizing the overvoltage noise which is produced when a switching element is turned off by constituting each component of one or two or more basic blocks having a prescribed current capacity. CONSTITUTION: An inverter rectifier device is constituted by connecting two basic blocks in parallel with each other to each combination of a rectifier BD1 or BD2 and inverter circuit TR1 or TR2 and respectively connecting two transformers T1 and 2 and T3 and 4 o rectifying diode circuits FD1 and 2 and FD3 and 4. When each component, such as the rectifiers BD, inverter circuits TR, transformers T, rectifying diode circuits FD, etc., is constituted by combining basic blocks having prescribed current capacity in such a way, the current and wiring pattern of each constituent block can be reduced and the energy quantity of a spike overvoltage noise which occurs when a switching element is turned off can be minimized, and then, that size of a snubber circuit can be reduced and the constitution of the circuit can be simplified. |
