<p>PURPOSE: To packetize video and audio streams by receiving a coded video and audio stream. CONSTITUTION: A system clock is given to a system time clock generator 10, a sampled value is outputted to a video time stamp generator 120, the generator 120 latches the sampled value to obtain a PTS according to a clock signal I-CK used for starting an I picture of a GOP by a video coder. Furthermore, an audio time stamp generator 220 latches the sampled value of the generator 10 according to an audio detection signal of an audio stream interface 210 to generate the PTS. Then video/audio ES data are given to video and audio stream interfaces 110, 210, which output a signal detection signal to 1st and 2nd ES buffers 170, 270 and given to 1st and 2nd multiplexers 140, 240 that output video/audio PES according to a related detection signal of PTS and DTS signals.</p> |
