PURPOSE: To shorten a mold transport time by providing a mold opening and closing station moved to the housing shelf of a vulcanization station where two or more tire mold assemblies are stacked to take out the tire mold assemblies to perform the feed out and in of vulcanized and unvulcanized tires. CONSTITUTION: When the vulcanization of a tire is nearing completion in the tire mold assembly within a housing shelf 101, a mold opening and closing station 200 is moved to take over a tire mold assembly by the mold taking-over arm of the mold opening and closing station 200 and stopped at the predetermined position of a lower movable plate 211. Next, when an upper movable plate 206 falls to connect the upper mold part M3a of the tire mold assembly to begin to rise, a split mold operation device is operated to open the upper mold part M3a. Next, a vulcanized tire is grasped by the arms of an unloader to be fed out. The grasping device of the unloader arranges an unvulcanized tire on a lower mold part M3b and lowers the upper mold part M3a to move the same to a closing position. Thereafter, the tire mold assembly is returned to the housing shelf 101 by the mold taking-over arm. |
