<p>PURPOSE: To miniaturize the cylinder by pivotally attaching the roughly middle part of supporting arms to one end of which holder supporting members are attached, to the machine bed like a seesaw and also arranging the cylinder at the other end of the supporting arm. CONSTITUTION: A work is held with a counter blade 1 and blank holder 2 and bent with bending blades 13, 14. The roughly middle part of the supporting arm 5a (5b) to which the holder 2 is attached is supported on the bed (f) with pin 4a (4b). The cylinder 7a (7b) is arranged at the other end of the supporting arm 5a (5b) and drives the holder 2. The distance between the pin 5 and the cylinder 7 is made to the same as the distance from the pin 5 to the holder 2 or longer and the clamping force of the work is increased. Since the supporting arms 5 are supported with the pins 4 like the seesaw, force for driving the supporting arms 5 may be smaller.</p> |
