PURPOSE: To achieve safety approximately the same as that of an inner-pressure explosion-proof structure panel of a product to be examined by reducing the pressure of compression air before supplying it from a cushion tank to an enclosure, discharging the air when the pressure in the enclosure reaches a specific value, and further fixing a special push button being interlocked to a push button at the outer wall of the enclosure. CONSTITUTION: Compression air discharged from an air pump 11 is temporarily stored at a cushion tank 12 and is reduced by a pressure-reducing valve 13 before supplying it from the cushion tank 12 to an enclosure 15. Then, when the pressure in the enclosure 15 rises exceeding a constant value, the compression air is discharged by a safety valve 19 mounted to the outer wall of the enclosure 15. Further, a special push button 16 is provided at a corresponding position where a push button such as a control panel 20 is operated on the outer wall of the enclosure 15, thus retaining the same amount of safety as the inner-pressure explosion-proof structure panel of a product to be examined. |
