PURPOSE: To make possible processing character data provided with a user defining character, which is defined by a first information processor, by means of another information processor. CONSTITUTION: In an information processor provided with a processor 4 and an auxiliary storage means 2 holding a user defining character code and a character pattern, the information processor is provided with an identifying means identifying whether, a character code to be processed the user defining character code or not, a data holding means 1-2 holding the character code which is processed by the processor 4 to establish input, and a user defining character storage means 1-2-1 holding the character pattern when the character code established to input is the user defining character. Then, at the time of data-processing such as display, correction, printing, transmission to character data, the processing is executed collectively to both character code held by the data holding means 1-2 and the character pattern of the user defining character held by the user defining character storage means 1-2-1 when the user defining character exists in this character code. |
