<p>PURPOSE: To make the tension of a tape definite and to make a tape recorder thin in structure. CONSTITUTION: When the tension of the tape 11 becomes large, a rotating lever 6 rotates clockwise and the pressing force of a mold pad 9 to a drum 5 becomes weak, then frictional force generated between the pad 9 and the drum 5 becomes weak and rotational torque necessary for rotating an unwinding reel 2 becomes small. The tension of the tape 11 becomes small to be a value near a reference value. On the contrary, when the tension of the tape 11 becomes small, the rotating lever 6 rotates counterclockwise and the frictional force between the pad 9 and the drum 5 becomes strong, so that the tension of the tape 1 becomes large to be the value near the reference value. Since the pad 9 is not elongated while it is used, the dispersion of the tension of the tape is prevented. The pad 9 is not directly pressed to the reel 2, so that the reel 2 is made low in height, and the tape recorder is made thin in structure.</p> |
