PURPOSE: To connect plural kinds of horizontal pies of different outer diameters to a collecting pipe. CONSTITUTION: An intermediate cylindrical member 3 is externally inserted on a horizontal pipe 2. A receiving mount portion 5 in which the intermediate cylindrical member 3 is to be inserted, is placed in an assembly pipe 1. As the intermediate cylindrical member 3, such corresponding to horizontal pipes 2 of respective sizes are manufactured. Inner diameter of the receiving mouth portion 5 is set to a dimension capable of internally receiving an intermediate cylindrical member of the largest outer diameter.
