<p>PURPOSE: To absorb pulsation in fluid and prevent impact force and noise which are generated by pulsation by providing a valve which has a valve element which crosses a flow-in hole and a passage which communicates with the flow-in hole when the valve element is closed and whose flow rate is increased by the passage when pressure fluid flows in and the valve is opened. CONSTITUTION: In an accumulator, a screw 18 provided in a flow-in hole 10 is attached to a screw of a pipe for water line. When a tap stops suddenly, pulsation pressure is generated in a pipe. This pulsation pressure flows in through a flow-in hole 10 of the accumulator and acts on a valve element 14. Since the valve element 14 is opened by the pressure in such a manner that a spring means 15 is compressed, fluid pressure passes a through-hole 17 provided in a spring receive seat section 16 through the flow-in hole 10 which is opened and acts on a gas chamber 5 through a bladder 3 so that pulsation is absorbed. At this time, fluid pressure tends to propagate if pressure in the pipe is not high, but the valve element 14 is rapidly closed by energization of the spring means 15 so as to prevent the propagation of pulsation pressure in the pipe.</p> |
