摘要 <p>PURPOSE: To prevent the production of the change in a flow rate when the guide vane, divided into a plurality of sections, of a cross flow water turbine is switched and to sufficiently cope with even the overall opening change time of a guide vane. CONSTITUTION: In a control device for a cross flow water turbine having a plurality of division guide vanes 10a and 10b, the control device comprises guide vane overall opening command value generating devices 20 and 21 to generate the overall opening command value corresponding to a flow rate command value to a runner; an opening ratio switch 23 to select the opening ratio of a first guide vane 10a according to a guide vane overall opening command value; an opening ratio multiplier 23 to multiply a guide vane overall command value by the opening ratio of a guide vane ad output an opening command signal to the first guide vane; and a subtractor 24 to subtract a guide vane opening command value from a guide vane overall opening command value and output an opening command signal to a second guide vane 10b.</p>
