<p>PURPOSE: To simplify an analyzer when the transmission characteristics of a large scale device are analyzed at high speed with high density by providing means for switching the output resistor and an output capacitive means. CONSTITUTION: A nonlinearity representing means 21 for output resistor has output resistances RH and RL being determined depending on the relationship between the output voltage and output current from a transmission element for providing a signal to a transmission line, i.e., the inclination of output characteristics, and corresponding to [0] and [1] states of signal level, respectively. A switch means 22 switches the output resistance depending on the signal level [0] or [1]. An output capacitive means 23 is an output capacity C0 produced by a package or an internal wiring. A trapezoidal signal generated from a trapezoidal signal generating means 10 passes through the output resistance RH in [1] state thence through a switch, i.e., an ideal diode DH, and delivered to a transmission line means 30. The trapezoidal signal also passes through the output resistance RL in [0] state thence through a diode DL and delivered to the transmission line means 30.</p> |
