PURPOSE: To form an attractive eave soffit on the bottom of an exterior corridor and provide an eave soffit which is excellent in workability as well. CONSTITUTION: In an eave soffit of an attached building having connectingly landings 14 on the side of an outdoor side-exterior corridor 10, partially partitioning a spandrel wall 12, the bottom of a lower elevation side horizontal piece 34a of a cross section Z-shaped tie material 34 installed to the partitioned part of the spandrel wall 12 is made flush with the bottom of the spandrel wall 12. The end edge of a corridor side eave soffit 37 is connected to the bottom of the spandrel wall 12 and the bottom of the lower side-horizontal piece 34a of the tie material 34. The end edge of a landing side-eave soffit material 38 is connected to the bottom of a high elevation side-horizontal piece 34b where a corner material 39 is installed along a middle piece 34c of the tie material 34. |
