PURPOSE: To provide an optical thin film to be formed on an energy hardening resin in such a manner that at least all of the stress is not compressive stress and deformation such as wrinkles is not caused even in a high temp. and high humidity environment, and to provide the production method. CONSTITUTION: This optical thin film 3 is produced by laminating at least a layer having compressive stress and a layer having tensile stress on an energy hardening resin 2. The total stress (stress × film thickness) generating in the optical thin film 3 is controlled to at most <=10Pa.m tensile stress. |
