ENCODER UNIT, CONTROL MOTOR, AND ASSEMBLY OF CONTROL MOTOR

PURPOSE: To provide a small-size control motor which can be assembled easily by letting an encoder frame serve as a first flange of a motor and assembling each component of the motor on an encoder unit. CONSTITUTION: An encoder shaft 18 which has a hole to insert a motor shaft 34 into is rotatably mounted on an encoder frame 12 which will become a rear flange of a motor. To the encoder shaft 18, a disc with slits is secured. Information on rotation of the encoder shaft is detected by photocouplers 22, 26. Around a magnet 36 which will function as a rotor, a stator core 38 which has a winding 40 which will function as a stator is located. By assembling each component of the motor to the encoder unit, a small-size control motor with an encoder can be assembled more easily than direct assembling.
