PURPOSE: To extend a fast digital signal by providing a divider circuit and a restoration circuit. CONSTITUTION: A transmitting part includes a flip-flop 21 which divides a digital circuit, and a receiving part includes a PLL circuit 23 which performs the restoration. The flip-flops 21 to 24 and 25 divided the digital signals, and the circuit 23 restores the digital signals divided toy a divider circuit into the undivided cycle. |
