PURPOSE: To heighten elastic modulus of a pipe lining material by a method wherein a curing resin-impregnated pipelike resin absorbing material is formed into a multilayer of concentric circle, clothlike reinforcing materials are partially provided among layers without overlapped parts in the peripheral direction, and the reinforcing materials provided among different layers are arranged in a manner overlapping each other in the peripheral direction. CONSTITUTION: In a pipe lining material 1 having a multilayer structure, cloth- like reinforcing materials 6 and 7 arranged between layer 2 and 3 are arranged partially in the peripheral direction among the same layers. As the reinforcing materials 6 and 7 do not overlap each other, extension of the lining material 1 in the peripheral direction is not interrupted, so that the expansion contraction of the lining material 1 is not interrupted by the reinforcing materials 6 and 7. As the reinforcing materials 6 and 7 arranged in the different layers are arranged so as to overlap each other in the peripheral direction, the elastic modulus of the lining material 1 is heightened, so that a thickness (t) of the lining material 1 can be thinned by an increased portion of the elastic modulus based on a desired pressure-proof strength. As a result, the lining material 1 can be lightened in weight and the cost of it can be reduced. |
