PURPOSE: To reproduce traffic on a network accurately by allowing a packet publication program to reference a definition file so as to publicate a packet. CONSTITUTION: In a file transfer routine 13, a time printing program 2 is transferred to another host and the program 2 is started in a program kick routine 12. The program 2 writes a transfer start time to a definition file 3 and in the file transfer routine 13, the packet publication program 1 and the definition file 3 are transferred to another host. The program 2 writes an arrival time to the definition file 3, calculates an adjustment time being a time difference of hardware timers between the hosts by taking a difference between the transmission start time and the arrival time written in the definition file 3 into account, and the program 2 writes the adjustment time to the definition file 3. Each host in a timer routine 14 and a packet publication slave process 15 publicates a packet by referencing the definition file 3.
