CONSTITUTION: The image forming apparatus comprises power source synchronization switching means 2 for switching the supply route of an input AC power source, main switch detecting means 6 for detecting the ON or OFF state of a main switch 5, and reservation timer control means 7. When the switch 5 is closed, the supply of the power source is switched to the first supply state for supplying by the insertion of a plug socket by switching drive means 3 and power source synchronization switching means 2 by power source control means 1. If the means 7 is operated when the switch 5 is opened in this state, the supply of the power source is switched to a second supply state for supplying in response to the ON or OFF state of the switch 5 after the image is formed at the time setting time, and then power source is controlled to be turned OFF. |
