PURPOSE: To obtain a heat insulting plural layer glass further suppressing heat loss and lightening condensation phenomena. CONSTITUTION: A glass fiber-reinforced high-density rigid polyurethane foamed resin, a well-known material, is made into a core material 1 molded and processed into a simple shape with cut channels. A desiccant 2 is covered with a water vapor permeable cloth 3 subjected to hardening treatment and made into an integrated structure by a precoated adhesive. A glass fiber-reinforced high-density rigid polyurethane foamed resin is molded into the same thickness as that of an air layer in plural layer glass, decoratively processed into checkers or rhombs, incorporated and utilized as a compression-resistant spacer. |
