PURPOSE: To improve operability and work efficiency by correcting medical examination and treatment fee data stored in a storage part by receiving the correction data of a medical examination and treatment fee detailed statement displayed on a display part. CONSTITUTION: When an instruction purporting that the display or the issuance of the medical examination and treatment fee detailed statement is executed is inputted by the operation of a keyboard 11a, detailed statement management routine is started. When this routine is started, first of all, distinction between the display on a CRT display or the issuance (print-out) of the medical examination and treatment fee detailed statement is judged. In the case of the display, detailed statement display processing to display the detailed statement on the CRT display is executed, and next, a system is turned into a state in which the correction of the displayed detailed statement is accepted.
