<p>PURPOSE: To prevent chips from adhering to a cable insulator and to protect the surface thereof against damage by winding the linear chips of the cable insulator, being cut by means of a cutter, around an outer circumferential part formed by means of a plurality of rod rollers. CONSTITUTION: A cutter 1 is turned around a cable insulator 11 by means of a driver to cut the surface of the insulator 11 by means of the cutter 1. At that time, a rotary disc 2 is also turned. A linear chip 12, being cut by turning the cutter 1, is then anchored, at the end part thereof, to a stopper 4 provided on a rotary disc 2 and wound, at the intermediate part thereof, around a roller 7 through a hook 9. When the cutter 1 is turned continuously by means of the driver under that state, the surface of the cable insulator 11 is cut continuously by means of the cutter 1 and the linear chip 12 is wound around the outer circumferential part through the roller 7 and the hook 9.</p> |
