PURPOSE: To reduce a rotational diameter in the travel turning gear by making a stationary part, attached to the lower space of a car body, include a steering gear, likewise a turning part include a travel motor, a steering motor, a differential mechanism and a wheel tire, while making the steering motor rotate the turning part via a planetary gear being meshed with the steering gear and turning in planetary gear-form, respectively. CONSTITUTION: This differential mechanism 31 is provided with two differential bevel pinions attached with a solenoid brake mounting differential bevel pinion 52 at the opposite side to a travel motor mounting differential bevel pinion 51.
