PURPOSE: To reduce the number of delivery ports from a power plant by exhausting air by mixing exhaust gas proper to a system and discharge air from ventilating air of respective cells. CONSTITUTION: A change in generating full pressure of an exhaust fan 4 is detected by a micropressure sensor 6 installed at a control point, and this detecting pressure is converted into a control signal corresponding to a difference between pressure preset by being inputted to a controller 7 and detecting pressure. This control signal is impressed on an inverter 8, and supply electric power to an exhaust fan driving motor 9 is changed in a frequency of AC output corresponding to the control signal. As a result, the number of generating times of surplus wind pressure Hs 2 is avoided, and performance of the exhaust fan 4 can be reduced to a performance level corresponding to a loss in weight of mixed gas C. |
