PURPOSE: To automatically allot a batch schedule, and to produce a production schedule to match with the actual working state of equipment by executing the allotment of the batch schedule to the equipment when the products whose number exceeds the upper limit number batches are judged to have been gathered within batch wait time. CONSTITUTION: The production schedule is produced by executing the simulation of a production system by using a production schedule simulation device 4 in conformity to the production system of a production system model representing device 1, and the number of the half-finished products of the same kind at a half-finished product shop is calculated. Then, at every calculation time on simulation, a discriminating means for the number of batches 13 compares the batch upper limit value of batch processing equipment with the number of the half-finished products of the same kind in the half-finished product shop of the preceding stage of the batch processing quipment at some time of the simulation. Then, when it is within the batch wait time and besides, the number of pieces is over the upper limit number of batches, the batch schedule to the batch equipment is allotted by a batch schedule charging means 14. |
