<p>PURPOSE: To precisely set a specific distance for discharging in a simple manufacturing process, to reduce the variance in discharge start voltage, and then to obtain the product which is high in reliability. CONSTITUTION: The IC card 100A which has an electric circuit board 5 inside and has metallic panels 2 and 3 fitted as a casing to a resin frame 1 is equipped with a discharge pattern 12 which is provided to the electric circuit board 5 and discharges static electricity applied to the metallic panels 2 and 3 and a conductive member 13 which is provided flexibly between the metallic panel 2, and discharging pattern 12 and connects the both electrically. Further, the card is equipped with a ground pattern 7 which is provided to the electric circuit board 5 at a specific distance A from the discharging panel 12 and leads the static electricity to a card connector and the specific distance A is so set that the static electricity begins to be discharged at a specific voltage.</p> |
