<p>PURPOSE: To enhance the comfortableness in the compartment by preventing noise of radio and blower motor immediately after starting an engine thereby reducing noise in the compartment. CONSTITUTION: When a detection means 17 detects starting of an engine and turning ON of an electric apparatus, a transistor 3 is turned OFF and thereby a neutral diode 13a is turned OFF. At the same time, a timer 27 is actuated to begin measurement of time and when the timer 27 measures a predetermined time, the transistor is turned ON and thereby the neutral diode 13a is turned ON through a control means 17.</p> |
