CONSTITUTION: The front half part of a casing 101 is provided with a coil spring concentrically along an inner peripheral wall and locked in the compressed state between a locking plate 102 and the rear end flange 107a of a guide member 107. A wire 105A fastened to the locking plate 102 pierces an inertial mass body 108, provided in the guide member 107, so as to be taken up by a pulley body 106 provided in the rear half part of the casing 101. A regulating lever 109 dissolves the engagement with the pulley body 106 by an operating lever 112 operated in association with the forward movement of the mass body 108, and the pulley body 106 delivers the wire 105A by the spring force of the coil spring 103. At this time, the wire 105B is taken up by the pulley body 106, and a seat belt buckle 104 is pulled in. |
