PURPOSE:To prevent the contamination of the reverse side of a recording member by charging the roller surface in contact with the reverse side of the recording member with the same polarity of that of the toner when an electrostatic latent image on the surface of the recording member is liquid-developed with the toner of the reverse polarity of that of the electric charge of the latent image in order to electrostatically repulse the toner. |
