摘要 PURPOSE: To provide a measuring device measuring the velocity of a high- pressure high-temperature fluid in a boring hole with good accuracy. CONSTITUTION: A propeller 40 is arranged in the uderground flowing water, and the water current velocity is converted into the rotation of the propeller 40. The rotation is transmitted to a slit disk 33 by the interaction between the first and second permanent magnets 35, 39. The light fed through the first optical fiber 12 is converted into the intermittent modulating signal of light by the slit disk 33, then it is taken out of the ground by the second optical fiber. The intermittent modulating signal of light is converted into the electrical pulse signal, and the water current velocity is measured by counting the pulse signal.
