PURPOSE: To stably raise the power supply to the drive circuit of the switching element of an inverter drive circuit. CONSTITUTION: An inverter drive circuit is constituted of a first DC power source 1, a second DC power source 2, a PNP transistor 3, a diode 4, a first capacitor 5, a first drive circuit 6, a second drive circuit 7, a first switching element 8, a second switching element 9, and a resistor 10, and the second DC power source 2 is smoothly raised by suppressing the excessively large charging current which flows when the power source 2 is raised by maintaining the charging current of the capacitor 5 at a fixed value. |
