CONSTITUTION: A total solid lithium battery assembling line 2 is arranged in a box 1 filled with reproduced argon gas. This gas is sent to a refrigerating drier 4 from an outflow port 3, and after it is dehydrated, oxygen is removed by a deoxidizing device 5, and the gas is pressurized by a pressurizing pump 6 and again sent into the box 1 from an inflow port 7. At this time, when internal pressure in the box 1 is reduced, pure argon gas is sent and replenished from a vessel 8. |
