PURPOSE: To two-dimensionally reduce a pattern electrode forming area by spirally forming almost all parts of plural pattern electrodes. CONSTITUTION: A ground electrode 12 is formed on almost the whole surface of one main face of a dielectric substrate 11. Pattern electrodes 13a, 13b are formed on the other main face of the substrate 11. Respective one-ends of the electrodes 13a, 13b are connected to the electrode 12 spirally from respective connection parts of the electrode 12 line-symmetrically about the center of the substrate. Input/output electrodes 15a, 15b are respectively formed on both the side parts of the substrate 11 which are opposed to the other ends of the electrodes 13a, 13b. Capacitors 16a, 16b are formed between the other ends of the electrodes 13a, 13b and the electrodes 15a, 15b. Since almost all the electrodes 13a, 13b are spirally formed in such a high frequency filter 10, the forming area of the electrodes 13a, 13b can be reduced. |
