<p>PURPOSE: To reduce manhours for construction and to promote productivity when an attic space divided into a unit building is formed. CONSTITUTION: A unit building 1 is constituted of habitable rooms 2 and a box body loaded roof unit 3. The box body loaded roof unit 3 is constituted of a roof unit 4, a box body unit 5 and holding sections 6 capable of holding the box body unit 5 at positions having different height from the position of the box body unit 5 after the installation of the box body loaded roof unit 3. The roof unit 4 is equipped with a roof frame 7 as a structural body. The box body unit 5 is a box body formed of a floor surface 51, wall surfaces 52 and 53 and a ceiling surface 56, an opening 59 is provided to the floor surface, and it is held with the roof unit 4 while being surrounded by the roof frame 7.</p> |
