<p>PURPOSE: To safely perform moving a device main unit by forming a handle part of inserting a finger in a roof wall in an opening part of a cassette mounting part of an image forming device insertably/extractably provided with a cassette of sheet material. CONSTITUTION: In a device main unit 10 of an image forming device, a cassette 2 is provided insertably/extractably in the downward, and a protecting member 1 is provided turnably by a hinge member in an opening part in a cassette mounting part 10 of the main unit 10. Here in a roof wall of the opening part 10b in the cassette mounting part 10a, a handle part 13 of inserting a finger is formed. When the device is moved, the protecting member 1 is turned, so as to be pressed inside the opening part 10b by the finger H, and brought into contact with the handle part 13 in the main unit inside. That is, the handle part 13 is supported through the protecting member 1, thus to place the device in a condition easy to bring. After the main unit 10 is moved, when the finger H is extracted from the main unit 10, the protecting member 1 is turned downward by automatic action or the like so as to again come to a standstill in the original position.</p> |
