PURPOSE: To obtain a resin synthetic panel enhanced in strength by embedding a reinforcing material in a thermoplastic resin molding material. CONSTITUTION: An extrusion raw material 79 is extruded to a molding die 10 from an extrusion die 19 equipped with a square injection port capable of ejecting a large amt. of the extrusion raw material 79. A reinforcing material 45 is embedded in the extrusion raw material 79 extruded to the molding die 10 at the time of the gradual cooling and curing of the extrusion raw material in the molding die 10. By applying suppressing force to the extrusion raw material 79 extruded to the molding die 10 against extrusion force, the close adhesiveness of the reinforcing material and a resin can be enhanced and the generation of a nest is prevented to mold a reinforced resin synthetic panel having uniform high density. By performing the extrusion molding of a wooden synthetic powder prepared by gelling, kneading, cooling, grinding and granulating a mixture consisting of 20-75wt.% of a wood powder of cellulosic ground matter with moisture content of 15wt.% or less and an average particle size of 20 mesh or less and 25-80wt.% of a thermoplastic resin molding material, a reinforced wooden synthetic panel having uniform high density is molded. |
