PURPOSE: To obtain a resin synthetic panel enhanced in strength by embedding a reinforcing material in a thermoplastic resin molding material. A reinforcing material 45 is embedded in the extrusion raw material 79 extruded to the molding die 10 at the time of the gradual cooling and curing of the extrusion raw material in the molding die 10. By applying suppressing force to the extrusion raw material 79 extruded to the molding die 10 against extrusion force, the close adhesiveness of the reinforcing material and a resin can be enhanced and the generation of a nest is prevented to mold a reinforced resin synthetic panel having uniform high density.
