PURPOSE: To obtain a neutral detergent composition not affecting raw materials, safe for human bodies, and not requiring the treatment of waste water without using CFC. CONSTITUTION: The neutral detergent composition has a pH of 5-9 and comprises 3-25wt.% of surfactants comprising a nonionic surfactant and an anionic surfactant, 1-20wt.% of at least one kind of a polar solvent of general formula: R1-O-CO-O-R2 (R1, R2 are 1-4C alkyl or phenyl) and a polar solvent of general formula: R3-O-CO-O-R4 (R3, R4 are 1-4C alkyl), 3-20wt.% of either one of organic solubilization auxiliaries comprising an alcohol and a glycol ether, 5-25wt.% of a water-insoluble hydrocarbon agent, and the remaining amount of water. |
