PURPOSE: To shorten a heating time to enhance productivity by infiltrating heating gas into the composite material preformed object within a wide passage to heat and melt the preformed object and preheating the composite material preformed object fed through a narrow passage by the infiltrated heating gas. CONSTITUTION: A heating chamber 3 has the small diameter part 3f of a narrow passage and the large diameter part 3d of the wide passage continued to the lower part of the small diameter part and transferring a composite material preformed object P in a close contact open state. A heating gas supply means 6 is constituted of the N2 gas introducing and discharge nozzles, discharge pipes 6a, 6b, pipeline 6c, blower 6d and heater 6 attached to the body part of the heating chamber 3 partitioned by shutters 4a, 4b. The head of the composite material preformed object P is released from a close contact state in the large diameter part 3d and the reinforcing fibers of the preformed object generate spring back by heating and heating gas becomes easy to pass through the preformed object and the preformed object is heated by the heating gas introduced from the circumference. The composite material preformed object P transferred through the small diameter part 3f of the heating chamber 3 in a close contact state is preheated by the heating gas not flowing along the outer surface of the preformed object but only flowing through the interior thereof. |
